I design the strategy, business logic and operating models behind enterprise CRM, ERP, data and AI platforms — and turn them into working systems.

A technical and operational proof of concept exploring what happens when Salesforce remains the governed system of record and execution, while the user interface is generated dynamically from natural-language business intent.
The prototype demonstrates an AI-driven Service Command Center capable of reshaping its interface around operational questions, analysing live CRM context, drilling into individual cases and supporting governed actions while existing Salesforce permissions, sharing and security controls remain authoritative.
Core idea: the enterprise system remains stable; the experience layer becomes adaptive.

Instead of configuring the system screen by screen, a business describes what it needs through text or voice, and the platform translates that intent into data structures, workflows, interfaces and business logic.

Leading CRM strategy, product direction, architecture, governance and AI-enabled transformation around Salesforce in regulated financial services.
Teaching postgraduate business and digital-transformation subjects.
Led group CRM strategy and the Microsoft Dynamics rollout across sales, compliance and operations, including KYC/KYB, e-signature and ML-supported processes.
Built and transformed CRM/ERP environments across multiple organisations and markets, ultimately delivering more than 80 implementations covering architecture, process design, integrations, governance and adoption.
I have spent more than 25 years working at the intersection of business operations and enterprise technology.
My career has moved from hands-on CRM and ERP implementation through operations leadership, platform ownership and CRM direction to my current focus on enterprise AI, agents and the changing architecture of business systems.
Today, my work spans three environments: enterprise practice, academic research and teaching.
I am particularly interested in what happens when AI stops being only a feature inside enterprise software and begins to participate in how systems are designed, interfaces are generated, decisions are executed and business relationships are controlled.
